Our Replacements Policy:
- We offer replacements for products that have been damaged during transit or found to be faulty upon delivery.
- Replacement requests can be submitted within 3 days from the date of product delivery.
- To initiate the replacement process, kindly provide us with images and a video showcasing the damaged item. Please note that without visual documentation, we may not be able to process your replacement request effectively.
Our Returns Policy:
- Products that have been used by the customer cannot be accepted for returns.
- If the customer wish to exchange a product for another option, the associated return & new order’s shipping expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
- For products that have not been used and are eligible for return, customers are required to bear the shipping costs for sending the product back. Once the company receives the product in its unused and good condition, we will initiate the refund process.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- Customers who cancel their orders before dispatch will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- In the event of an order cancellation after dispatch , a 10% cancellation fee and the applicable shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
